The manual prepared under Section-4 of the Act on 17 important points like organisation, duties, powers and duties of officers and employees of this office etc. is available with the Head of the Office. The said manual is also available on the departmental website. Any person can obtain a copy of any part of it by paying copy fee at the rate of ₹ 2 per page. Please contact the Head of the Office.
To use the Right to Information, deposit ₹ 10 in cash along with the application form as application fee to the Public Information Officer or a person authorized by him and obtain a receipt in Treasury Form 385. Give your application form along with a copy of the receipt to the Public Information Officer/Assistant Public Information Officer, who will assist you. The application fee is ₹ 10 and copy fee is ₹ 2 per page. Its receipt can be obtained by depositing cash.
